Create a solid foundation.
For whatever it is you’re trying to build.  Healthy eating habits, great work practices, exercise, writing, etc.
Build a solid foundation and growth will be that much easier.

Take frequent short breaks.
For the love of gawd, please don’t sit (or stand) in one position all day.
Set a timer, and get up to walk around once an hour.  Get a drink of water.
Stretch.  Go outside.  Breathe deep.

Before each meal (or snack) today, take a couple of deep breaths.
In through the nose, out through the mouth.  Deep into the belly.
Simply to give the mind a chance to settle, and focus on the task at hand.

Know what clarity looks like, and feels like.
Be clear on what you want, and what you don’t.
What feels good, and what doesn’t.
Your wants and your needs.
What you’ll tolerate, and what’s not ok.
