You will get lots of personal attention and enjoy a rich learning experience packed with good information to help you move with less bodily stress while pregnant, as well prevent injury while pushing a stroller or carrying your children.
This class is meant for runners and non-runners alike.
** If you don’t run, attend the first session of a series, or first 2 hours of a half day workshop to learn proper posture and the walking technique.
