Breathe deeply.
Next time you’re stopped at a red light (in a car, or walking), take the time to breathe into your belly, and fully exhale. Pushing everything out.
Count how many deep breaths you can take during a stoplight. As you breathe, look around and notice your surroundings. What colors do you see? Is anyone near you? Can you feel their energy?
Make it up if you have to.
