Release it through movement.
Stress builds up in your body.  (that crick in your neck didn’t happen over night)
Fear does the same thing – as does most any emotion.
A powerful way to release it: MOVE.
Angry? Jump up and down.  Fearful?  Breathe forcefully.  Do some jumping jacks.
Feeling down?  Get up.  Drop those shoulders.   Breathe deep into your belly and take up some space.

find your release.
