Embodied Awareness Monthly Practice

Each month, we’ll begin with a foundational group class, focusing on a specific theme where we explore key concepts together, engage in guided exercises, and create space for exploration. Following the group session, you will receive two one-on-one follow-up sessions tailored to your individual needs. These private sessions allow for deeper exploration, personalized feedback, and support in applying the practice to your daily life.

Each month:

  • 60 minute zoom group class with Q & A 
  • Two 30 minute one-on-one coaching calls
  • Weekly emails to deepen your practice
  • WhatsApp Private Group to ask questions, receive support, celebrate & more!

Investment:  $150
These monthly explorations are perfect for those that would like some coaching/support around a specific topic. 
**Coaching sessions expire at the end of each month.

April Embodied Awareness: Mapping Your Nervous System

A healthy nervous system is not one that is always relaxed, but one that can move in and out of different states with relative ease. 
How is your system?  Stressed?  Exhausted?  Tense?  
Let's take some time and explore. Through simple explanations, interactive activities, and guided awareness exercises, you'll gain a better understanding of how your nervous system influences your daily life.  We'll start to map what it feels like in your body, and then deepen awareness as the month goes on.

You want to be healthy....but what does that even mean?
What does vibrant health look and feel like for you? This month we explore and define your personal vision of well-being. Through reflection, guided exercises, and discussion, you’ll gain clarity on what truly supports your health—physically, mentally, and emotionally. You'll learn how to set meaningful intentions and create practical steps to align your daily life with your vision. Whether you're seeking to move more, lose weight or sleep better, this month we'll begin to cultivate a clear path toward your ideal state of health.

June Embodied Awareness: The Compensations We Make

Our bodies are constantly adapting to movement, posture, and daily habits—sometimes in ways that support us and sometimes in ways that create tension or imbalance. In this session, we’ll explore what alignment looks and feels like, as well as how the body compensates, why it does so, and how we can bring more awareness to these patterns. Through guided movement, observation, and discussion, you’ll learn to recognize and work with compensations in a way that fosters greater ease, alignment, and resilience. 

Here's What You'll Learn:

  • Physical alignment - lining up those ankles, hips & shoulders.
  • Common compensations - how to identify & correct
  • Develop a deeper understanding of your unique movement patterns
  • Address imbalances before they lead to discomfort or injury
  • Explore ways to move with greater ease and fluidity
