Chi Tune-Ups

Let's deepen your ChiRunning practice! We'll meet at a track or appropriate location, and work on specified skills.
The goal: Improve your form, with renewed body awareness, and get any questions you may have answered. These sessions are limited to 10 people and vary in length.

Sunday: October 29th ~ 12-2pm at Seward Park, Seattle, WA. $65.
Focus: Hips, Hills & Arm Swing (oh my!)
In this two hour session we'll video to get a good look at form, with particular focus to hips and arm swing.  Both of these areas can affect stability and thus mobility, leading to inefficiencies and potential injury.  We'll explore different exercises and drills to feel our way into both areas and then play with some uphill and downhill running.  FUN!!!!!!

**Cancellation Policy:

If you choose to cancel, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future tune-up within a year's time. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit full payment.

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the session, in which case you will receive a full refund.
