Each Tune-Up session has a focus (arm swing, hills, hips & more!). We'll meet at a track or appropriate location, and deepen our chi practice together.
The goal: Improve your form, with renewed body awareness, and get any questions you may have answered. These sessions are limited to 12 people, last 60 minutes and cost $35/person.
Saturday: April 9th at 10am at Seward Park, Seattle, WA. $35.
If you choose to cancel, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future tune-up within a year's time. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit full payment.
The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the session, in which case you will receive a full refund.
