The concept is simple and attendance is free!
We will take 30 minutes and explore an area of the body (think hips, ankles, feet, etc). With specific exercises we'll explore your stability, mobility, and even stuckness. The focus of each session is to create awareness, and play with how you move.
Come in comfortable, easy to move in clothing.
The goal: Explore how you move in a fun, relaxed way.
Your investment: 30 minutes of your time.
Venue: Video Conference via Zoom
