5) Do what feels good. Sometimes that’s riding your bike. Occasionally it’s running. Others, it might be walking, skipping or crawling – or even stopping and lying down. This can be a moment to moment decision, and variety is key. Do what feels good.

4) Take your time. There’s really no need to rush anywhere. No need to get all stressed about getting “there” or getting it done, or hustling. Be present and notice the awesomeness that’s all around.
3) Challenge yourself. It’s nice to do familiar things, but it’s also good to try something totally new. Climb to the top of the tree. Swim if you normally bike. Try a new class. Scale up that wall. Jump off the high dive. You may not get it right the first time, or even the 10th time – but the smile and feeling of accomplishment when you do is worth the effort.
5) Laugh – a lot. There’s lot of funny stuff out there. LOTS. Things you don’t even know are funny. Find the humor – it’s everywhere.
