Peppermint ~ my favorite oil.

This is one of the first oils I used and is my absolute favorite at this point.
I leave a bottle of peppermint in my car for early mornings or long drives, and have some in the home as well.
Here are my top four uses for peppermint:

Put a drop or two on the back of your neck for instant energy and focus.

Do you experience head or neck discomfort?  Peppermint on the back of your neck, your forehead and/or temples.

Nauseous?  You guessed it….peppermint!

Have increased temperature?  Put some on the bottom of your feet and let it do it’s magic.
It’s also good during the summer to cool the body ~ mix some with a little water in a glass spray bottle and cool off after a day on the beach.
