How is this week better than last?
Or today better than yesterday?
The last hour better than the previous one?
It can be a huge, or a tiny difference.
Something someone else may not even notice – but it’s different to you.
Make your life better, day by day.
Make your life healthier hour by hour.
And notice.
Celebrate your wins.
And in doing so, create the craving for more.
Move more, not less.
