“I regret that workout”
“I really regret moving my body”
….said no one ever.
I’ve never regretted walking my dog after dinner.
Getting away from the computer and moving my body mid-day.
Hauling my butt out of bed to go for a morning run.
In fact, half of the reason I run early is because I know I’ll regret it later on if I don’t.
Give up your regrets. Your body will be oh so grateful.
Move more, not less.
