Your body is an indicator and alignment matters.

When you are physically aligned, you create a channel of energy that flows from your mind, through your core, and down to your toes. This sparks a mind-body connection that can add power and focus to your movement (both mental and physical).
When you are energetically aligned, you eat foods that serve you, you get enough sleep, you do work that challenges you and you do your best to manage stress.  Are you always successful?  No, and your body will tell you.
When you are out of alignment you block the flow of energy, which has consequences - both physically and mentally.

It's not as "woo-woo" as you might think. When I work with energy, it's about tapping into what's going on. Trusting intuition, guides and sometimes video to see the energy flow (or lack thereof). This could be with your body, your home, or your life (or any combination).  Working with energy is a practice that activates the subtle energy systems to remove and release blocks and rebalance energy fields. In each session, a combination of modalities (usui reiki, coaching, chakra/body awareness & more) is used based on the client's needs.

What's in a session?

This is a combination of coaching, truth telling, strategizing, energy awareness and deep, deep listening all in one. It’s a fresh set of eyes and ears on you and a powerful shift in movement.  If you want more out of this life, a coach is an ideal partner to hold you accountable and support you as you move toward your best life.

All sessions are held electronically (phone/zoom, etc). In person sessions in the Seattle area available upon request.

"Beth filmed me for the first time as part of the introductory Chi Running course. It was the first time I saw that not only were my arms nearly locked to my hips, I was leaning back while heel-striking. I was making running so much harder! As a longtime runner, I felt like everything I knew about running was wrong. That being said, I really appreciated that Beth had me concentrate only on my posture and arm swing for the time being, which made my improvements much more manageable and I left this first workshop optimistic. I don't think I would have taken her feedback to heart if I didn't have video to review with her.
Since then,  Beth has video-taped me 7-10 times; each time, I see both growth and areas of improvement.  In the last 2 years, I've gone from a 9+ minute/mile runner to ~8 mpm, cutting 24 minutes off my half marathon time.  I couldn't have done this without Beth's feedback, support, and videos to review.

Group coaching offers a dynamic blend of shared learning and personal reflection.
Each month begins with a core theme, along with guided practices and suggestions for exploration. Mid-month, we gather for a live Q&A and group share—offering space for insights, support, and connection.

In addition to group sessions, you’ll receive two 30-minute one-on-one coaching sessions each month. These private calls offer personalized guidance and deeper support to help you integrate the work in a way that’s meaningful to you.

This format combines the energy of group connection with the intimacy of individual coaching—supporting real, lasting transformation

Stability for mobility. In my experience, many injuries occur due to lack of stability in an important area, which results in increased mobility in other areas. It is important to be stable in order to be mobile (in a strong, sustained way).  This is true energetically, as well as physically.
MoveMeant is four one hour sessions, exploring a different focus each time:
Session one: Building Awareness. How do you move through this world?
Session two: Foot/Ankle complex
Session three: HIPS!
Session four: thoracic spine, head and neck

Four areas of focus, and exploration of where you're strong and where you can use a little bit of stability.
