Did your parents ever tell you not to talk to strangers?
(Now I’m not talking anyone scary….or anyone trying to give you candy or a ride or something – be safe in this, and trust your gut)
But seriously. Talk to strangers.
When out shopping, walking, or running – or simply going to get your lunch,
make a conscious effort to be present.
Be in the moment.
Breathe deep.
Notice your surroundings.
Be open to whatever and whomever you meet.
Smile.
Say hi.
Nod.
Send goodness.
See what you get in return.
I’m betting it feels good.
You just never know what might happen.
Go ahead, talk to a few strangers today.
