How do you gain energy?  Re-charge your batteries, if you will?
Take a nap?  Go for a run?  Catch up with friends? Walk outside, even in the rain?  Spend some time alone?  Dance all night long?
Know what works for you, and give yourself permission to go do it.  ASAP.
