Each month, we dive into a focused theme—exploring key concepts together through guided exercises and open space for personal discovery. You’ll receive voice notes, videos, and practices to get you started, plus a group Q&A and hotseat coaching call to deepen your learning.

To support your unique journey, you’ll also get two personalized one-on-one sessions each month for deeper exploration, tailored feedback, and practical guidance to apply the work in your daily life.

Each month:

  • 60 minute zoom Q & A 
  • Two 30 minute one-on-one coaching calls
  • Weekly emails, voice note/content to deepen your practice
  • WhatsApp Private Group to ask questions, receive support, celebrate & more!

Through reflection, guided exercises, and discussion, you’ll gain clarity on what truly supports your health—physically, mentally, and emotionally. You'll learn how to set meaningful intentions and create practical steps to align your daily life with your vision. Whether you're seeking to move more, lose weight or sleep better, we'll begin to cultivate a clear path toward your ideal state of health.

The Last 100 is a guided experience designed to help you close the year with clarity, purpose, and aligned action. Whether you’re craving more consistency, more self-care, or more meaning, these 100 days are your opportunity to choose what matters and follow through.


What We’ll Do:

Over 100 days, we’ll blend intention-setting, reflection, movement, and coaching to support your personal goals—from the inside out.

You’ll:

  • Clarify what really matters to you right now

  • Create a grounded, achievable 100-day intention

  • Use embodiment practices to support sustainable change

  • Build rituals and rhythms that energize and align you

  • Learn tools to navigate resistance and stay on track

  • Celebrate progress—not perfection


Structure:

  • Kickoff: Define your 100-day focus + embodied goal-setting

  • Weekly Check-ins: Reflection prompts + movement or mindfulness practices

  • Monthly Live Calls (October, November, December): Coaching, Q&A, and support

  • Six 30 Minute Sessions: 1:1 sessions to personalize your 100-day game plan
