Eat breakfast.
Or if you don’t like “breakfast” food, consider it a really early lunch.
Eating breakfast has been proven to improve concentration, problem solving ability, mental performance, memory, and mood. It’s the first chance the body has to refuel after eight to 12 hours without a meal.
Fill that tank with high grade fuel.
