Find Your Movement

There are countless ways to move your body.

Running, walking, hiking, biking, yoga, Pilates, crossfit, skiing, swimming, kung fu……etc.
Find one that works for you.

I love to run. LOVE IT.
I do it almost every day, and can feel the difference when I don’t (as can the rest of my family…..).
Not everyone likes running ~ and you don’t have to.
Movement isn’t about forcing or making yourself do something.
And it isn’t about running a marathon or hiking a massive mountain.

Find your movement.  Something you enjoy.
A walk at lunch to clear your mind.
Stretching and noticing how you breathe.
An intense 20 minute session, with focus and no music for distraction.

Move, with steady presence.
As often as you can.

Move more, not less.
