Presence. Bring your best.

Presence ~ (noun) 1) the state or fact of being present; 5) the ability to project a sense of ease, poise, or self-assurance.

Ever entered a room and “felt” the energy.

Known instinctively when someone was angry?  or beyond excited?

We all bring energy to each room we enter.

Are you aware of what yours is?

Often, we get so “busy” that we forget to be present.  To be mindful about the energy we bring.

And it’s impossible to take note of your energy when you’re thinking about next week’s presentation or the driver that just cut you off.

Be present now.Think about the energy you bring when….…

you dread going to work

.…you’re sick

.…you just got promoted

.…you just finished a race and set a PR

.…you haven’t slept in a week

.…you’re engaged!

In each case, the energy is different.  For each person, the energy is different.

It doesn’t always have to be positive – but bringing negative energy to a situation never helps.

Meet the present with calm, peace and ease – or with your kick-ass awesomesauceness.  You choose.

But meet it with all you have to give on that particular day.

How will you enter the room?
