You’re getting older.

Every day you’re getting older.

Not to be the bearer of bad news….

But it’s true.

However, getting older doesn’t have to be synonymous with breaking down, falling apart, aches & pains & injuries galore. There is wear and tear on the body, but most of it can be mitigated through life practice.

How you eat, how you move, what you think, how & what you breathe all affect you.  You may not see the results now, but you will.Choose wisely.  Move with intention.

Don’t just get older.  Get better.
