Be free.

Today, in the United States, we celebrate independence.  Freedom.
Freedom is one of my all time favorite words, and one of my highest held values.
Just saying the word makes me feel…..free.

It got me thinking though, how often do you truly exercise your given freedom?

The freedom to be YOU, regardless of what anyone else thinks or says or does.
To say what you think.
To not change, or hide, or judge yourself (or another).
To do what you want.
To feel – cry, laugh, yell, love – in any given moment without fear of judgment, or restraint.
To move freely, however you wish.  Dance, run, walk, crawl…move.

How often do you allow yourself the freedom to truly express who you are?
100%.  No holding back.

On this independence day, let’s do just that.

Forget trying to impress anyone.  Connect with everyone you meet.
Let your weird show.
Laugh for no reason.  Smile at everyone.

BE FREE in every sense of the word.

Be you out loud.
