Give thanks.

Take a moment today, and give thanks for the gift of your body.
I know, I know.  Hokey.  But seriously.
You only get one body ~ be great-ful.

Give thanks for feet that allow you to walk and get you where you need to go.
Give thanks for your eyes that see or your teeth that allow you to eat.
Give thanks for the the lungs that allow you to breathe.
Give thanks for strong legs or arms or hands, fingers, toes….anything.

Give thanks and be grateful for this amazing gift.
oh, and move more, not less.  It’s a sign of respect.
